Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Return Process

Returns must be initiated within 10 days of the delivery date. To start a return, please contact our customer care team at customercare@beharucreative.com or (567) 218-3021. Please provide your order number and reason for return. Once your return is authorized, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your package back to us.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days. Please note that return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us as soon as possible to ensure we reserve the item for you. Exchanges are subject to inventory availability.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage or defect. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
